I had a problem soon after opening it. Prakash was very quick to respond. All it needed was the disabling of JQuery which Prakash did for me.

Vertical drop menu
I purchased their Accordion menu but needed a different functionality. Their Vertical Drop Down suited fine and is very easy to style without the need to go into CSS.

One small hiccup and that was addressed promptly by Balint.

Very good product and support.
