5 types of help desk tried it after I bought it for a long time ago RSTICKET. But even better than I was looking for but could not find, so I bought the RSTicketPro. I do not regret it! Very familiar with the RS FORM PRO and this company. I tried several forms: not even close to the quality, funkcionakitását and most importantly - the simple, but in any case a massive functionality. Take it, I highly recommend. Thereby helping the creators: they are living it. And you will not have money, they will not be able to improve. I bought it.
