I am currently building a jomsocial site, and have been trialling Listbingo & Adsmanager, and I really wanted listbingo to be good as it looks perfect for my needs. However it is a complete waste of time, and considering it's free I am not sure why the developers have even made it.
I downloaded & installed it about 3 hours ago and so far have found the following problems:
1/Images: I uploaded 3 very small ones a few times for test purposes - only 1 image shows - no matter what i do.
2/Reply via email to advert does not work
3/Front page layout chooser does not work (why bother putting 4 choices in the box???)
4/No breadcrumbs to return to main screen.
These are BASIC requirements of any functioning classifieds ad component. Who cares if it's "fully customizable" if it does not do the basics. Basically this site looks like a classifieds site, but is not one. It begs the question: why put it out there if it does not work? it's free, the developers have gained nothing, if anything they have lost my custom because if this is the rubbish they are putting out then i would not buy anything off them - crazy eh!
I would pay through the nose for a working, modern classifieds component, PLEASE someone make a commercial (working) one.

All the things which you have listed above are not issues actually, you need to know about the settings of Listbingo before mentioning these as issues.
Here are the solutions to your so called issues:
1) 1/Images: I uploaded 3 very small ones a few times for test purposes - only 1 image shows - no matter what i do.
Check the mootools version of your template, if you are using Listbingo 1.3.7 then upgrade the mootools of your template to 1.2.x, all the uploaded images will be displayed in the ad detail page.
2) Reply via email to advert does not work
How can a system reply if it doesn't have email format? You need to create an email format on the event "Reply Email" so that ad owner will receive an email if some one reply him/her via Reply link.
3) Front page layout chooser does not work (why bother putting 4 choices in the box???)
To make it work set the Homepage of your site as
Listbingo>Front page.
4) No breadcrumbs to return to main screen.
Enable the "Breadcrumb Configuration" to display breadcrumb.
