This plugin works exactly as it states.
One thing i discovered is that if there are two instances of the downloads on the samepage, then the download does download does not work and all the links point to only one file.

I've tried it myself and my Download-Buttons work fine, even if i add 10 on one page! Maybe you set the Download-Links wrong?

Thank you very much for developing such a powerful yet simple to use form.
It would be great if we can have a provision to have custom text after the field. It shall help in cases where we need something like:
Weight: kgs

You can do this from the version 2.0.5. You can add a text prefix or suffix to the field.
