Client Logo Fader
The price is a little to steep for what this module does, essentially you could use many of the free slideshow modules to create a client logo fader just the same. Strange that most to the sponsored logo modules are commercial.

Nonetheless, the support makes the price worthwhile. The response time is impeccable and their willingness to assist is incredible. More than worthwhile.

Fancy Bookmarks with Google +1 Button
I was using the ridiculously priced KA Social sharing and was having nothing but problems, and the programmers were terrible at support.

After searching I found this. I tried it out on articles and it worked great, easy to set up and 3 styles to choose from. But I needed something to work with Mosets Tree, I emailed the developers and they said they could integrate it for me, just to open a ticket.

I though "here we go again"... opened a ticket... 30 seconds later they responded!!! A couple hours later it was integrated. Incredible!!! Best service ever. So inexpensive too.

Flyout Tabs
I love it. Always a fan of side tabs. The flexibility of this one is great and the default styling is excellent. Support is great as well.

Would be even more incredible if you could include modules in a side tab... ooh la la!!!

codeless, thanks for your review, suggestion and kind words about Flyout Tabs. Maybe soon I'll be able to turn your "ooh la la" into "ooh done done!"

ReCaptcha Element for Zoo
Finally! A ReCaptcha solution for Zoo. But it only works for 2.4, not 2.3 as stated above. Good for those running the latest version, unfortunately Zoo's so expensive to keep up to date.

I tried with 2.3.5 and you get an error when you try to submit.

music
Great extension, love the layout in the frontend. But it really needs a way to upload the songs and image in the backend. As well html options in the description. That way you could put in a link to buy or download. As is, kinda hard to use it without these things.

Locator
All I can say is wow! I've never had a better experience with a Joomla extension ever. I tried out the demo and saw a few errors in it, I messaged the developer and he got back to me within a couple hours answering all my concerns. I purchased the component a few weeks later and had a few issues, I submitted a request and received a phone call the next day! I didn't even ask for a phone call, he just saw my number in my email signature and reached out. Never have I had this kind of support and I've bought sooo many extensions.

There was a small glitch in the component and upon pointing it out, he came up with a fix and an updated copy within minutes.

I'm currently using it with over 1,400 Canadian addresses, works incredibly. I imported them via a CSV file and it was super simple. I have even set up frontend submission for my client and they love adding addresses to it.

Who would pay $3000 (?!?!?!) for the other locator extension when there's this beautiful one for a fraction of the price? I would gladly pay twice what Fatica is asking for the quality they provide. I hope to see more extensions from them in the future.

5 thumbs up!!!!!

IPN Sub
I've tried a few subscription managers, but this one is my favourite. It's very simple to install, easy to setup and the joompolitan team is very helpful. Highly recommended.

Ninja RSS Syndicator
Works awesomely! And it's free! I subscribed nonetheless because there's so many other wicked ninja extensions. I had a problem after install, after posting on the forum, I received a response from Mark within 5 minutes! Problem solved right away. Works great! Thanks ninjas!

Archived Content Plus
Looks good. But you cannot choose to display the archive for a section or category. So if you want to use it only for the blog section of your website, and have other articles that you do not want to appear in the archives, it will show them all regardless. Two thumbs down. Add that feature and it'll go from 1 star to 5. Without it, it's useless.
Owner's reply

So, because a feature is not in this module you think it is a bad module?

Does it install, yes. Does it do what it suppose to do, Yes. Are your feature requests in it, No.

But if you would have asked me on my site, I would build them into the module for you. Did you ask for it? Nope!

So it's quite easy to say it's a bad module if it doesn't do all the things you like it to do.

JConverter
Pretty useful extension, but does it work? I tried it out, I needed to import a blog from TypePad, so I exported it, imported it into Wordpress and then imported it into Joomla using JConverter, and it worked! Awesome, what a lifesaver... but... it didn't really work. All the articles are visible in my backend, they're all published, and the categories are there too, but when I link a menu item to them, using Section Blog Layout or Article Layout, nothing shows up. Weird. And there's no support for it, so I'm stuck copying hundreds of blog entries by hand. :(

Ultimate PNG Fix
I've tried Supersleight and had nothing but problems, switched to this and seemed to work much better. Personally though, I appreciate when designers just use an IE6 warning. "IE6 IS DEAD! UPGRADE OR DIE!!!" Lol, or something to that affect.

Ignite Gallery
This is one of my favourite slide show options of Joomla. I've done a lot of customizing to it and Matt was a great help when I needed it. Seems to work well on all browsers.

JoomGallery
Works great, simple to install, and has a plethora of options. Absolutely incredible gallery system.

CQI - CustomQuickIcons
Love it! Easy to install, great options, easy to customize. It's great to see clients eyes when they login and see beautifully custom designed icons for them to quickly access components and modules.

Ultimate Content Display
it looks great, especially the movies theme, and is super easy to install and get up and running. but you can only display the number of slides that can fit within the image container.

For example, if you have your main image set at 400px high, and your thumbnails set to 100px high, you'll only be able to display 4 thumbnails, any more and you'll have show a hideous old school scrollbar. it needs up and down arrows, or needs to scroll on hover or something.

This unfortunately kills this plugin if you need to display more information on your frontpage slideshow.
