I rarely write reviews, but since there hasn't been any reviews yet I wanted to be the first to weigh and let everyone know it works.
I couldn't find any instructions or documentation with the exception of a small readme file but it doesn't really need it.

1st. download and unzip
2nd. install mod and plugin
3rd. put in your publisher id in the plugin and your ad slot names in the module.

to find your publisher id, click on "generate sample html" within your adslot in google ad manager. you'll see the publisher id you need there. make sure to add the entire id (including the letters before the numbers) Ad the name of your adslot in the module, and your golden.

Gotta hand it to these guys. I've been using Breezing forms for a while, and FF it's predecessor before it. These guys know what they're doing, and have no problem stepping in and going the extra mile should you run into a problem as I recently did (my own error).
With the ease of install/use, video tutorials, and customer service these guys set the bar for Joomla extensions.
