I upgraded to JNews from AcaJoom News. I left the AcaJoom News on the site, installed the JNews, and then exported from the old and into the new the subscribers and previous newsletters. The program upgraded well, I only had a few issues with the upgrade. I received immediate and excellent support on the problems and ultimately the issues and a configuration that I had ovelooked. Evelyn was always available throughout my numerous chat's online and always was genuinely supportive.

I have been using this component for a dealer listing with over 200 dealers. It took a little creative organizing to get it to work to my customers needs but it does work well. However, it is in your best interest if you have a lot of map locations to use to categorize them and create a default location to 1 specifc location rather than all the locations as the google map links will take a great deal of time to load if you have too many on one location.

Also technical support has been prompt to answer questions and come up with solutions to questions. I did however notice that the ticket support is not friendly with IE browsers and you must use firefox to login or view tickets. I will continue to utilize this component.

I have been using Mike's google map plug for over a year now. Each new customer brings me a different way to utiize the map. I had a problem with kml rendering and Mike literally spent over an hour emailing back and forth till the process was working. In the end, some spaces in the coordinates of the kml file were ultimately to blame. I thank you so much for your dedication to this project.
