Yhis is a very great plugin, it sped up my site from 20 seconds down to 7 seconds. HOWEVER, this plugin is NOT compatible with 1.5.11. I upgraded to .11 and it screwed up the template.

Developer, please update this wonderful optimizer to 1.5.11.

This blogging component is very simple. Just install, make a new item in the menu and your done. This blog is cool, but it has many features missing:

-A rating system for each item, like a thumbs up/down rating.
-comments system for each blog
-Have in the menu "most popular', 'highest rated'

Great microblogging extension!

Very good. Does what it says and does what I need. However there should be a link to the user's profile when you click on the names.

Which profile? There are no user profiles in Joomla. And if you use a 3rd party component for showing profiles then adjust it for your needs. Userlist does not integrate with any 3rd party component on purpose.

I don't know why all the other reviews are so wanky. I think this extension did its job.

I needed an extension to allow my users submit articles into a section, and that is what it did.

If you want all of your users to submit content, just follow these steps:

1. Install this extension
2. Change all old and new users to 'Authors'. don't worry, they don't have admin access
3. Create a menu link for this extension and that is it!

I've been looking for something like this for a long time. I loved the JW player, but I didn't know hjow to put it on my site. But this module makes it so much easy. Although I'm kind of not statisfied that the Youtube feature doesn't really work. But over all, it is great! It just takes three steps to do.

1. Download and install the module.
2. Place your video files on your site.
3. Copy and paste the url of your video in the url box.

Thats it! Great Job on this module.
