It's easy to see how much time and effort was put into this application.

I had to find a simple Help extension for one of my sites and I had used a program from this company before, so I gave this one a try. Honestly this makes them two for two as their extensions have amazed me twice now with the level of detail, the overall ease of installation, the logical layout for setup of the program and their quickness to respond to any questions.

What also impressed me the most is that even though there is a little bit of setup to this extension to make it work right - the layout of the admin makes it easy to follow, they give hints of what to do if you tend to skip the instructions (I got it setup and running without having to read them).

I bought this extension to handle technical help for one site - I'm now using it for a non-technical service based website now also. Once you try it you will see how flexible it is and fits a lot of industries and communication needs.

The world of RSS feeds seems a dark art - but these guys made it easy. Not only did they make sure my feed was up, they rewrote an add-on to get everything working when a version change came about.
You won't go wrong with this group.
