Poor Customer Service & Documentation

I was looking for shopping cart for 1.7 since virtue mart was only 1.5. Joom Shopping looked good so I installed it. Downside is it is missing many features. I wrote questions to their email and on the forum to see if i was missing something as they were basic issues. no response. Even for questions about plugins that you had to purchase.

This might be a great product but with poor replies and customer service we will never know.

Appears to be missing such things as: put buy button on existing pages, tax isn't adding into total of cart, can't have shipping charges based on dollar amount in cart, can't add handling charge and more.

The issue was that we offered you to pay for support because you asking questions which was basic issues and we can not learn how to drive a car.

So we can only give a support for bugs and have link on our site to pay for support.

You not wanted to pay and using our free component to give us now a bad voting.

Thanks for this. Better not to use our software.

We are not interested in thoose who do not understand that we can not give a free support. If you need support buy it from our site.

That is what we told you and now this was your feedback .. we think this is a littel poor from you!

Causes sites to run very slowly

all the sudden on multiple sites this plug in is causing the site to lock up and/or take forever for the page to load. am trying to delete it now.

Read reviews and looked like what i needed. downloaded and activated module. it says no tweets but i do have tweets. then i read it is a beta version.

Google gives an error when using it saying not supported format. also know that it doesn't give you a sitemap.xml to put in for the sitemap address. Instead you enter index.php?option=com_allgooglexmlsitemap&task=googlesitemaps&format=raw for the address of the sitemap.

I went onto their forum after i purchased it and saw there was another report of this in april. They said they fixed it but clearly have not.

Dear cspub,

The problem you describe is usually caused by another extension - for example SH404SEF and/or ARTIO JoomSEF. As allGoogleXMLSitemap is incompatible with other sitemap extensions, please ensure that their sitemaps are not enabled.

allGoogleXMLSitemap creates a sitemap in a valid XML format that Google supports and understands.

Note that we have made many fixes since April, and are continually improving our products. If you have are still having problems, please don't hesitate to contact our support team.

I installed this module and it did bring up listings. But when you click any of the listings you see the module wrote in an extra http://craigslist.org. So the links give you invalid page. I went to the developers forum and saw others had written same comment. I used their latest version but still giving wrong links.

seems like great plugin

love the demo and can't wait to get it working. i installed like the directions say but i think something is missing. it says put in absolute and relative path but it doesn't appear in the frontend.

needs a little more detailed instructions and this should be a great plugin. backend works fine and it great with lots of features.

You can set the absolute path at the configuartion view in the backend.

But maybe it's better to wait to the next version, which I like to publish in 5-7 days... In the new version (alpha 2) an advanced photo managment system would be integrated...

After I launched the new version, I start to write a documentation...
