There are a decent number of video plug-ins out there, but no one is all inclusive. I have AllVideos installed but it doesn't support Ustream. I recently needed to stream a live event on a Joomla site using Ustream and this extension worked great. The Ustream chat embed is crucial too, plus you can re-size it to match the Ustream video. Very nice and well done.
