HATE: The customer service is not always good. The first time I contacted them, they were very quick about answering me. But after that, it's like they have dropped off the face of the earth. I posted a question on how to change the email that is sent to the admin. I used the instructions on the knowledge page, but it didn't work. I posted 2 times and created 2 tickets on their help desk and have not received any answer.
If you are someone who needs any help, this might not be the best solution. But if you are good at fixing problems, then you would like this conponent.
some of your support requests seemed to be about extending the functionality of BreezingForms (=programming). While we have no problem to help and give advices, we cannot give enterprise support for such a small fee. I hope you can understand that.
We will address this soon with our new enterprise memberships that include a good amount of programming hours. Deal?
Also note that we are restructuring our support team and this might lead to delays, too.
