There is no button visible after installation! I have removed the component.

It looks like you installed only the component. For csvtotable you need to install both a component and a plugin, both of which are available via the download page.
Additionally, the plugin needs to be enabled.
I added some small text above which hopefully will avoid future confusions in this regard.
