Not difficult to use, brings great sense of safety to me.
The "main site database" backup was my favorite. All you have to do is import the sql file via phpmyadmin and that makes the backup process lighter, you're amazing!

Although the trigger part seems not to work on my site, but they made it possible to set the minimum value of coupon which is very useful and also thoughtful.

The support team gave quick responses and effective solution to a VirtueMart problem I've encountered and now this plugin functions well on my site. What I appreciate most is that it protects the "ask a question about this product" page, which was seldom noticed by the extension developers. Really thankful for your work!
