Well, their demo is superb, but when you install it on your site, everything is completely out of place, images are pixelated and there doesn't seem to be any documentation on how to set this module up. I'd like to use it, but it just doesn't seem to work out of the box. =(

thanks for using the module, did you try to find some solutions to answers a question: why the module does not work with your site while it works others and mine? did you install the module on the clean joomla, does it work?

I guess it's ironic that when I pull the site up in IE6, it doesn't display the warning. But if I enable the debug mode, it will show up in Firefox, etc.. Isn't the point of it to show up if they have IE6? Nice looking popup, if it would only work =(

Easy to install, easy to add a feed. After setting up a simple news feed, I subscribed to the feed (using the URL generated by the component) with Thunderbird and that was fine. I then added an article to the category I chose for this feed, and expected the article to come up in Thunderbird, but it didn't =( I then clicked on the URL for the feed and sure enough, it's empty. What could I have done wrong? I made sure that the category is correct and not excluded..

I'm not exactly sure why this issue arose, but I'd suggest you try out the new version of the component and module to see if it fixes the issue. Thanks for your feedback Dax.

Just wanted to say things for responding to my email so quickly. I had a question about how to clear the votes for when my site goes live and Luca responded with the answer (which happens to be to clear the jos_content_rating table) The extensions is graphically pleasing and simple to use. the best support by far too! I come up with ideas for modifications to the component to do certain things and Alex is happy to tell me what code to change to make it do what I want.. Do not be fooled by the cheap price of this component. It's easily the best form component for Joomla that I've seen. I don't know any php or html and I can use it without any problems. There are simple hacks to be able to receive uploads with forms, and you can even use RSForm as a simple autoresponder with attachments with just a few lines of code too. The mambot for including the form in content items is superb. Plus I also discovered that you can embed this mambot inside of other mambots such as a javascript popup window. The list goes on and on. Bottom line is that for $10, you get a product and support worth many times that amount! I hope to see many new components from RSJoomla.com!!!

I really like the way this component works, the nice mootools effects really spice up what is usually a boring question and answer section. I've come across a few bugs but this is a brand new component so I'm sure they will be fixed as they are minor. The only thing missing is the integration of something like EasyCaptcha for when someone submits a question (if you have that feature enabled) I recommend either EasyCaptcha or reCaptcha could possibly be integrated somehow too.. Overall though, a very good component, especially for being brand new!
