I was looking for a simple way to cap the length of my front page articles so that they would all fit nicely in the area i wanted to fill. This plugin did the job perfectly. Kudos to the devs on this one. It's no-brainer install & config.

This installed easy and has many options that i would usually expect to pay for. Easy to tweak apart from one issue...
link category will not work without section category enabled. I dont want to link section. Maybe a bug, maybe my buggerup. Even so, powerful enough for most users i think.

I kid you not. As a joomla noob I found xplorer to be fantastic. It really does simplify uploading and managing files. You MUST have this component. It worked right off the install. It takes no time at all to learn. Install it now.
