I've been spending almost a week searching for this kind of plugin. I just can't seem to describe it. Perhaps you need to add more tags on this extension like "insert banner inside article" "insert banner without using loadposition" or "banner inside content" "banner anywhere in within the content/article"

I've used this plugin in one of my sites. and it works as simple as it do. Great!
However, i'd appreciate it if you could improve some more features to it or create another plugin like readmore banner without using the loadposition command.
You see i like placing banners on modules so much. Yet I would also like to place banners within the articles. I just don't like placing {loadposition} commands to every articles. it's too tedious.
But if you could create a feature on this plugin to display banner only after clicking read more and displays banner right after the articles, i'd give this plugin an excellent review.
