This module is a fantastic way to draw attention to a new product or service. love it. Works great!

Love this FAQ component. Works awesome out of the box with tons of great features. Not the most attractive out of the box, but with a little CSS skill you can style it to your liking.

Also has a great tag cloud mod to go with it.

Love this mod. Tried a few others and decided to go with this one. The only thing I would like to see added is the ability for links to open in a new window. Other than that, it is simple and straight forward.

I have been using RSFrom for sometime and was always happy with how well it worked and how easy it was to get help. RSTickets is no different. It works really well right out of the box and is a great addition to my site. Sometimes we get spoiled with Joomla because so many products are free, but this product is worth every penny and the support is great.

Although there are some good things about it, overall it really doesn't work. Password don't sync, forgot password link errors out, domain drop down in mod errors. Too buggy to use. Once users are synced, links work OK. Forum posts go unanswered.
