This extension came out to be very good, really fabulous. It will take you some time to set this up and understand the working. I am impressed with the Slider(Range) feature this extension has. I was specifically looking for this range feature as we have Diamond business and I wanted to put various carats in range like 0.2,0.3..0.5..1.8 carats. Wow, it looks so amazing. Even the extension codes are professionally written which means there are no adverse effects on my production website. It looks great, works great and overall the extension is just great!

I found it difficult to make payment so I used Moneybookers to manually forward payment to developer total process took 24hrs but it is worth it. I am sure payment system is a lot better now and automated.

All support has been provided to me by email, and is quite good. Support emails are replied within 15mins when I contact in Russian working hours. And updates are sent by email as well, which I prefer.

It is worth the money I paid and I am willing to pay extra to get personalized layout for our diamonds shop and further functionality because the developers are really trustworthy.

I am using Autostand from Sept 09. Now June 2010, and I am quite happy with the paid version, it works as it should. Novice users can also implement this quite easily. The only issue remains "Design". I think developer should focus on improving the design to give it a feel of Web 2.0 - Now that we are stepping in Web 2.1 :-))) this extension still is not very well presentable. No offense, I will still rate it 5 stars as the extension works great! - I hope to see better design and a great presentation on frontend in future.

I have used the free version and I would say its done pretty good, whereas there is room for improvement... comparing to php free chat script which has so many votes that one is free and this one is commercial. Major drawback is that they sell different licenses for 50, 100, unlimited concurrent users, which is a bit weird.. Seller needs to bring the price down in order to get this product the exposure it needs.
