I have used this component on three different projects and would definitely recommend it to others. I am impressed each time i have used the component on how much the software has evolved. Lots of great features. Be sure to read the documentation thoroughly and check out the front and back-end demos to make sure the software has the features you are looking for. The developers are very responsive and have always been polite and quick to help (even when an issue was 100% my fault!)

I've been using Joomla for 4 years and have installed and used many components. jNews Pro definitely ranks up there with the best. The functionality is exactly what you would expect in a newsletter. Additional plugins allow for advanced bounce back processing and click tracking.

When I first installed the component i was having a hard time importing an existing list of subscribers. I contacted live support and they worked with me for over an hour on the issue! (Which was a directory permissions issue on my end). The fact that they even have live support is amazing. I highly recommend this component.
