jUpgrade

Fails to upgrade

I'm giving this one a poor rating due to its migration bugs. I'm running 1.5.12 and the upgrade runs but hangs on "migrating contacts". I only have one contact in my contacts component.

You should have read this before:

Note that the stable version of this component is being launched simultaneously with Joomla 1.6

Joomla 1.6 is not released yet, so how you want to have a component working if the other byproduct is still in development?

Backend worked but confusing

I install the ext but could not get it to work on the frontend. Also this ext takes over your Joomla ACL, so if you customized your ACL I would suggest not going live unless your comfortable with the settings and ext.
