We chose this component initially because, in addition to a full range of features, it seems to be the only one that supports donations to multiple payment gateways, using different forms, on the same site.

We also had some specific requirements that required customization of the component. I was able to reach the Mike, the developer, by phone and he agreed to make these customizations and incorporate them into the component. Also, he has been available, extremely helpful and supportive in helping us test and troubleshoot issues with payment gateways, etc.

I would highly recommend this component both for its functionality, ease of deployment and use, but mostly for the excellent support provided by Mike.
