User Article Manager
Just getting my first Joomla site going and installed this extension. Does everything I wanted and needed it to. I had a minor problem and Rob Sykes was quick to respond and help me with it.

A big thanks to him and I'd have to say this is essential to have if you have multiple people needing to submit articles to your site.
