Thanks to Chris, It is a very good plugin, but needs some modification.
- images are not stored locally
- texts are written in a .js file so it cannot be translated to non-English UTF8 languages as it has no .ini language file.
- Divs and CSS's are written in a .js file and not in a .php or a .css file.
Waiting Patience-less-ly for the new version.
Works Like a charm
Simplicity of the module is awesome.
Support is pretty fast(I had my emails replied in a minute, thanks to Douglas).
You can easily set the parameters.
You can make your own banners.
No Bugs.
Fully Compatible With J!1.5, no need for legacy mode plugin.

wish list for next version:
-an option to put the image on the top left of the screen.
-an option to show the banners randomly(I personally support more than one charity).
