Im a very small business but have had a need for a trouble ticket system and didn't like the options I had found out there for big ticket systems until I ran across Pro Desk Support. It has a very reasonable one time charge and does everything one could want and does it very well! Now they even have it for Joomla 1.5! And I have talked to their support team a few times for assistance in getting mine configured a way I needed and they were VERY helpful and very fast in response! I highly suggest looking into them and their components!
