I am surprised by the previous review as I have been very impressed by the support I have received so far. Quick and helpful advice from Kien Nguyen in the foobla support team. He made a modification at my request and helped with other queries.

obHelpdesk is a very capable helpdesk extension with lots of features, including the all important cron email and equally useful email notifications. It is easy to use and configure. It is not perfect (what system is?) but deserves it's 5 stars because of the excellent support and ongoing development.
