Fantastic and Necessary Addition

This plugin is exactly what is needed in Community Builder to ensure that new registrations are valid, I believe it should be included in the core code. It also works natively in Joomla 1.5.x and does not require legacy mode to be enabled.

This should be installed by all CB users...
