JoomD
Great extension by the boys as Joomla6teen. I had a small suggestion and Irshad added it within a few days and said they welcome feedback and suggestions to improve the extension. They assured me they are always looking to improve their extensions but it does the job just great at the moment.

If you want a flexible directory then JOOMD is your extension. It enables you to add custom fields which means it can be tailored to suit any type of directory you could imagine.

Well worth the $15 as it has saved me a heap of time.

Hi dubjohnston

Your ideas rock! They have been included in JoomD v 1.2 and I am sure Joomla users will like it.

And it is not just custom fields which let you create any kind of directory but there are features like Include each custom field as a Search option, Choose or Design your own template to match your site and many other features coming soon in the next version.

In the next few days, we are going to release two consecutive versions of JoomD.

I am really loving it! Immersed in the thought-process and further innovation for our apps.

Regards

Add to Menu
This worked straight out of the box and is a huge time saver. I have a large number of articles i schedule and having this little module saves me a minute an article. That adds up when you are scheduling +500 articles.

Thanks a million

Smart Flash Header
This is a great component. I got a few other projoom components and to me this is by absolute far the best and most useful. It is easy to set and the instructions on their site, albeit not perfect, is enough to get anyone started.

Very Simple Image Gallery
This is an easy plugin to use and is great for my purpose which is something that can be implemented quickly, easily and still looks good..

just make sure that when you reference the image in the syntax {} to use exactly the same file extension, ie .JPG or .jpg not one or the other. I was using .jpg and my captions weren't loading.. realised my images were .JPG and changed them and now working like a charm..

I can't wait for the developer to add a few more viewing styles which can easily be added into the syntax..

great work

Simple Image Holder
This is a easy module to use and does what the author says. One great thing is that it has an option to center its position within the module. So many other module extensions don't have that option and some still don't play ball when you try and change the code to align center. The transparency option and mouseover is handy and so is the ability to include whatever link you want under the pic.

Thanks for the easy to use extension.
