Without a doubt, this is the best helpdesk component I have tried yet. So many built in features. Took a little bit of getting used to on how to set it up and the documentation is a little lagging, but the personal support given by iMaqma certainly makes up for it. I get responses to my tickets to them in less than a day every time.
A couple of bugs I found, but the developers solved them immediately and posted me update files.
EXCELLENT JOB GUYS - keep up the great work.
