I have used DT Register for a couple years, but had problems installing an upgraded version. I opened a ticket before I went to bed. When I woke up the problem was fixed. I opened 3 tickets (of various types) during the past 2 weeks, and received responses to all 3 in a very timely manner. The support staff has been great in answering my questions and helping me install this upgraded version of the component. Now I am excited to learn the new features.
