I'm impressed with both the component and the customer support from Warp. I had jVideo on my video site and then had an issue while upgrading versions. I emailed customer support and got a reply within minutes. I then explained the problem as best as I could, gave them temporary administrative access to my site and they went in and fixed everything! I really didn't do anything but report a problem and then they went above and beyond to fix everything within an hour of reporting it. This is an absolutely phenomenal support team and it's a phenomenal component, I couldn't be more impressed.
