Undoubtedly the best support i have ever seen on Joomla. It is saying something as I have been in web development since 1997. Great product! Recently tried integration with Jomsocial and it was very good. If only jomsocial has 1/10 of your support team...:) Looking forward to 3.5! Keep up the good work!! Component was great, worked right out of the box. Too bad there was no demo version, only funny thing is support hinted me to installed 10 browsers to try out multiple users chatting. however bought it instead and it worked. hope future upgrade, we could include our own links on the bar and there is an integration with agora forum avatars.

A very useful and easy to manage component. install and configure without any problems on my site. It gives features membership control which Joomla lacks of. keep up the good work guys!!
