HD Webplayer
I installed the HD webplayer in my site, it's a really good extension. The onlyone problem is the support. The webplayer is not working in the internet explorer. I posted in the forum my problem but the administrator of the forum didn't allow my post. It's not a good way to treat your customers. If you can't solve my problem, i can't recomend this extension. If a extension doesnt work in the internet explorer, it's a serious problem. i'm just putting this review because i sen't a message in the site too and i got no reply, here is the onlyone way i found.

Hello,
I really apologize for the inconvenience caused. I am really surprised that your post has not been confirmed. I did a thorough inquiry and I found out that your forum post has been automatically deleted. The real problem is we face a lot of spam forum posts every day, hence we have a software program that would detect the spam threads and would delete it automatically. Your case is the first one where this program went wrong. Anyhow, this is the problem from our side and we fixed it now.
By the way, I would also request our customers to send us mail to support@hdwebplayer.com which would be promptly replied with a solution, since senior developers would handle mails.
In this case we are really sorry and we strive hard to support all our customers irrespective of the problem.
