It was definitely worth a few extra bucks for the Easy Blog support plan. I had trouble intalling the package and submitted a ticket to their support. Within a few minutes Jack Nic from support replied, logged into my site, manually installed and tested the Easy Blog software.

By far the best support experience I've had in years! Way to go Jack and the team at Easy Blog!
