The support tries its best but I dont want to contact them every second, the system itself should be comprehensible. Really shame for a commercial product.
Are you sure that you are one of joomdonation.com customers? Are you sure that you have purchased and used our EShop extension?
Why do we ask these questions? Following are reasons:
1. After your review was approved, we went to our orders management system to find EShop's clients but we didn't find any order from you!
2. We also find in our email system, support ticket system, forum and same result, we didn't find you. So we don't know who you are!
3. In the review, you said: "I have to jump through a dozen of pages to complete even simple tasks such as coupon code creation for products". This is completely not correct. Coupon code creation for products (and other management sections in back-end of EShop) are simple to use. To create coupon code, just need to click on "Coupons" link on Dashboard of EShop, then click on "New" button on toolbar and enter coupon information and click on "Save" button. They are standard steps of joomla management!
