Good Job Qvarnis.
With NOIX ACL 2.0.6 I am able to allow registered users to send emails to a specific group.

I am using noixacl2.0.6 and documented my experience which I have turned into a tutorial, projects and demo site.

My experience is based upon using Joomla 1.5.14.

A number of users had experienced difficulties with NOIX ACL 2.0.6 because of their Joomla installation.

Double check your Joomla installation against the Joomla requirements.
