I gave this extension a try as this looked like a easy to use, well equipped and professional one. BUT, It was more than my exceptions. To be in short, It was awesome.

On the other side, I had some doubts and questions (Not Problems, Extension is perfect and free from bugs), I posted in the forum and you can expect a reply in less than 12 hours and that is due to time zone. When the developer is online, I was able to get instant replies.

The developer is very friendly, helpful and patient. I appreciate his persistence and patience in sorting out the doubts.

I urge everyone to not just buy the extension, but also give a try of their services. "A taste of droplet of water shows off the taste of entire water". Same way, My try of their plugin and customer support makes me strongly feel that their paid services are also the same or my better!

I wanted to do just 2 simple thing. Remove Help Button "?" in the flash or edit it and change the loading. I asked and its been long and no help since.

I get some errors in localhost and it is simple boring. Since no help I am completely struck with this and I am finding some other good thing to switch for...

Because this is a bridge for Expose from http://slooz.com/trinkets.php You can not remove the Help icon because of the authors copyright. This is why you were not able to easily remove it.

Please rate this on use or features instead of not receiving help for a free piece of software.

I first was so anxious to add it. It was fine. But pages when they load images fail to load. Then when I used Yslow to see the insight, I found it is not gzipping both JS and CSS though I activated it in the configuration.

Simple Font Resizer
Not all font get re-size and reset does not work properly. Content of the page does not get re-size. Only menus. More over if I reset if goes weird in larger size. When I increase the size contents get downward with out changing the size. It was a full mess up for me.
