Doesn't work at all for me, support was quick to punt

I installed Goldy in my Joomla 2.5.6 site and it did not do anything at all. I tried it with the Atomic template that comes with Joomla and with a commercial vendor's template. Support was responsive intially but took three weeks of asking for an update for them to finally say that yes, it doesnt' work, but since it doesn't generate an error message, they can't help.

Sorry from our side we not able to workout it but on your site something strange or some conflicts that not able to run other Extensions , we have try our best and write best code from our End but something problem from your some Extension or template code so we not able to workout , sorry again from our side.

This extension does exactly what it says it will do, and does it well. And I am very impressed with the support, not only with "real" issues but with the "D'oh" questions I really didn't need to ask if I had been paying attention.
