An amazing solution! But it needs a "Big Red Button." The administrator must be able to completely disable the ability to comment on one or two clicks. Because JComments used for many extensions Joomla! In the case of a large and "irregular" user activity, the variant that the "Big Red Button" will need: disable, disassemble, and then connect JComments again.

Thank you for this suggestion! I am agree that this would be useful feature. Could you make request for it in our forum? And describe please how it must work (fully disable displaying of comments or only disable adding new comments).
