First of all I do understand your view point and the debate of what is non commercial open source or not. However the module is a free implementation of a paid service provided by a third party, in this case Comm100.
Information about the needed subscription is available both when you download the product and in the description of the module, right above this comment field as:
”To get this module to work you will need a subscription with Comm100, Comm100 Live Chat Professional or Comm100 Live Chat Enterprise.”
The module is free to use, therefor non commercial and is provided by XCLUDE as a free implementation of a third party paid service. XCLUDE have not been paid by Comm100 nore do we get affiliation payments from them. If you do have complains about Comm100 paid services or why they charge for them, I do recommend you to contact their customer support. Thank you.
