Hi,

Good product and working what they promised. But bit difficult to do the customization.

We are not clear about what you mean by customization and what customization did you try to do ?
You can easily modify the code of the module or the component if you are programmer and have knowledge on HTML, PHP (MVC), CSS and jQuery.
