Really good extension!

RokGZipper
The top two extensions of this type appear to be CssJsCompress and RokGZipper. From personal experience, I have found RokGZipper to out perform CssJsCompress (according to joomlaperformance.com tests I have performed). The only advantage that CssJsCompress has is the addition of compression, which increases my YSlow score by 6 points. If this can be fixed I would definitely give this five stars.

I see a lot of great reviews for this extension. While it does work well for me, it appears to be provide no benefit over RokGZipper besides the addition of compression. While the compression does seem important and did increase my YSlow score by 6 points it provides no improvement on joomlaperformance.com. In fact, RokGZipper out performs CssJsCompress on joomlaperformance.com for my site.

This plugin was exactly what I was looking for! It was easy to setup and configure, however I did have a problem with the links not pointing correctly. For example: http://example.com/about/resume would have anchors to http://example.com/#experience instead of http://example.com/about/resume#experience. I contacted the author, but did not receive a response. The problem turned out to be caused by a SEF extension I had installed and the easiest solution was to change toc.php on line 114 from:
