Very easy to use and free ! Exactly what I was looking for.
Go in your back-end --> Components --> Sobi2 --> Plugins --> Install the plugin, then click on SobiSEF in the left column --> Activate - Yes and it's working !! It can't be more simple.

In the file mod_latestnewsplusdate/tpml/default.php , juste change all the "d F Y" to "d m Y" and you wouldn't have any problem with the month.
