Kaltura Community Edition
On first glance this is a commercial product attempting to play with the big kids in Joomla Land.

There is no community to speak of....
There are no demo's.

It feels like some enterprise service.

After I began to work with it the interface is nearly featureless.

Basically this software needs a lot of work!
Not yet ready for the primetime.

Ambra Subscriptions
We are a web development company and use the product for our site and we really enjoyed building the website with this software. We modified the base-install template for Ambra and we added several new fields and some tool-tip features. The code was well written which made the development of our customers website easy and fun. We also modded the Ambra to use VirtureMart for checkout because we needed to use PaypalPRO. Good work Dioscouri!

We needed a quick and dirty directory for a video based site.

When this project started there was a need for a Business Directory which is why this project started. But now the project is far beyond a business directory. Its way more useful as a multi-media directory.

Took me 1 work day to complete this site!
