Very carrying developer that wants to help.
As far as the component goes, the EasyMode feature is a very flexible implementation which can probably, in my opinion, completely replace the traditional design.
Furthermore, this component is well worth the price, considering the quality of the component.

I think most users would agree that the features are comparable, and with the upcoming 2.0 version will far surpass JEvents.
