In my opinion they should not be offering memberships for a component that has key features that don't work... such as adding custom banner code; not to mention very poor to non existent customer support. Unfortunately you must be a member to see that the forum is not much help either, I do not recommend that. In fairness, the component has lots of potential but way too many negatives at this point.

RSform!Pro is a great Joomla component. Installed easily and has been running on my new site for months. Using multiple forms is easy and the forms are very simple to configure. If that isn’t enough, their customer support is second to none. I highly recommend this component.

I’m relatively new to Joomla but not to web devolvement. When I first started testing Joomla 1.5, I felt like a kid in a candy store. The access to all the great non-commercial and commercial extensions was extraordinary. That being said, I thought adding a forum to my new site was going to be a no-brainer… boy was I wrong. I spent weeks testing numerous solutions like SMF bridges, Fireboard and still was not satisfied with the results; that is until I tried Agora. Agora installed easily… and the administration not being in the back-end didn’t bother me in the least, after all that’s what I was used to. I paid a small fee for their SMF to Agora converter and it was worth every penny. Their customer support is second to none; almost instantaneous. I highly recommend this component.
