I tried most of the others before trying this module (including those with more votes); it works as advertised and cleanly, including the upgrade process. You can display categories of weblinks simply in any module position. Thus, instead of traditional weblinks, I use it as a web article linker. It works great for this purpose. It also adopted the CSS styles of my theme flawlessly.

A very good component backed up with an extensive community and support network, plus many available plugins and enhancements. Very flexible, but as a warning, to really turn it into something special you will need the knowledge to edit your own templates to really get what you need -- that is a a bit of a learning curve.

I've just downloaded the latest update and must compliment the developer for releasing an install package that automatically did an update without requiring a reconfiguration. Now, the ACL problems are addressed and the component is a huge time saver, plus a usability feature to get you to the most frequently used functions.

A very good forum with all the basic features that you need, and a good selection of modules and plugins from the developer. A new set of fixes were released, and the update went without issue. Integrates OK with JomSocial profiles as well.

An excellent component that does what it says. Relatively simple, yet highly configurable in the backend to meet a wide range of needs for a contact form. I tried several others but they simply did not have the minimum features we are all looking fore: contacts, drop down issue lists or buttons, and some sort of CAPTCHA support.
