These guys are good! Advanced comment system with a bunch of features. All of which is ACL controlled. Support is great, even get responses on weekends. Ask for a feature in the forums, and if the request is reasonable they are able to add it quickly. Free version does it all but it almost feels like stealing it works so well. Bought the pro version just because they deserve it!

Don't look anywhere else.
