It's a nightmare to get looking right, we had to redesign a lot of the template just to make it work correctly, the WYSIWYG editor was full of problems which took ages for the developer to fix, you literally have to hound support to get an answer for anything. Still after multiple emails it can not show paragraph text, everything is bundled together in one huge block of text
there is a massive flaw in the PayPal payments module, if you set a cycle for any more that 5yrs PayPal returns an error, there is no option to make one-off payments either which I though would have been a very obvious function for a memorial. I don't believe that is credible given the initial cost of the component.
Modules: the modules are the laziest I have ever seen for Joomla, there are literally no functions within them. The latest memorial listings module functions have to be altered within the code of modules files and scripts as do the functions of all modules rendering them virtually useless.
Support is just terrible beyond anything I have experienced with a Joomla developer before, I have never had to submit so many tickets for one component and never had to wait so long for a resolution to some of them.
If you need a memorial site I would advise to find another directory component which can be tweaked, you will have to pay a developer to fix this and tweak settings anyway so you might as well get something that works in the first place.
I have built over 70 Joomla websites and used hundreds of components/modules/plugins and have never been so disappointed by one before this, save yourself a lot of time and money and avoid this.
This component is the 2nd most expensive component I have ever purchased and one of the most troublesome.

Comment: We have had it fixed in our latest release. The support was indeed lagging a bit then but we worked on it and have hired new support members.

Comment: One-off payment is something we havent seen most users using. Re 5 years limit on Paypal, seldom a user registers himself to pay for more than 5 years!

Comment: Please educate me on this. You can email us and we will discuss about "Lazy" modules and if need be, make them shed some fat and become active!!

Comment: Now this is completely wrong to say. There were some bugs but those have been rectified. And those were pretty minor bugs and could have been sorted by our support team.
