My company wanted a means to create an interactive Product Roadmap for customers using Joomla. This tool more that met our needs, but I did have a couple of questions during setup—and that's where Artetics really shined! Their support team did more than respond within 24 hours. On my first e-mail, they responded within 1 hour. Incredible!

I used Seminar in conjunction with Simple Caddy, and eventually I hit their limits and spent the money to upgrade to DT Register. It met the need, but it was a pain to configure and support could have been better.
This week, I decided to try Event Booking, and I was amazed. This product is far superior to the other solutions. Yes, I did have some configuration questions, and I found one bug, but I got answers and a fix for the bug within 24 hours.
If you need a product like Event Booking, don't waste your time and money on the others. Get this product now. You will not regret it.

The product user interface looks good, but support is slow to respond. When provided with bug reports, the vendor becomes confrontational and is quick to try and blame other component vendors. When he eventually looked into the reported problems and found that his component doesn't allows only a small number of suggestions per category under the newer versions of PHP, he refunded our money to avoid having to correct the problem.
